Terms of Use

These terms apply to the SiteVise app and its online services (“SiteVise”), made by NC Studio (Can Van Nghi), “we”. By downloading or using SiteVise you agree to them.

1. Apple’s standard license

SiteVise for iOS is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add to the Standard EULA; if the two conflict, the Standard EULA applies.

2. SiteVise Pro subscriptions

• SiteVise is free to download. SiteVise Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited projects, PDF report export and unlimited saved map measurements.
• The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• We may change Pro features or prices in future; price changes follow Apple’s rules for notifying subscribers.

3. Your account

An account is optional and needed only for cloud backup, sync and team sharing. Keep access to your Apple or Google account secure; you’re responsible for activity on your SiteVise account. You can delete your account in the app at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Your content and shared projects

• You own the projects, defects, photos and other content you create. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to run SiteVise for you and the people you share it with.
• When you invite people to a project, they can see it, and editors can change it, according to the role you give them. Anyone with a project’s invite link can join it: share links carefully, and reset the link if it reaches the wrong people.
• If you delete a project you own, it is deleted for all its members.
• Only add content you have the right to use, and only add personal details of other people (such as an assignee’s name and phone number) when you are allowed to.
• Keep your own copies of important records, for example by exporting PDF reports.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use SiteVise to break the law, to upload harmful or infringing content, to access other people’s projects without permission, or to interfere with or overload our servers.

6. Measurements and calculations

SiteVise’s measuring tools and calculators use your device’s camera, sensors, GPS and map data. Their results are estimates and can be affected by the device, lighting, calibration and the environment. They are not a substitute for professional surveying, engineering judgement or calibrated instruments. Check critical measurements before relying on them.

7. Availability

We work to keep cloud features available but don’t guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or stop features, and we will give reasonable notice before shutting down cloud sync so you can keep your data on your device.

8. Disclaimer and liability

SiteVise is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on the basis of measurements, reports or content in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded.

9. Ending use

You can stop using SiteVise and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use SiteVise after a change means you accept the updated terms.
